Not the scratch the back of the neck and give you a "well, I don't know, it's going to cost you" speech. Josh was direct, honest, and efficient. I am so glad I made this connection. Alex is fantastic. I have (Had) an LG fridge with a broken Evaporative Fan Motor and he fixed it in an hour or less. The freezer doors had to come off, then he had to remove the back panel to replace the EFM. He put everything back together like a pro. He's very gifted and if you're looking for appliance help, you don't need to look any further. His business card magnet is on our fridge now. 5 stars!

Zack is the best! Second time in 20 years he's repaired our Whirlpool dryer. He saved us over $1600 on replacing the washer and dryer. Wife found a replacement set on the Costco app. Diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes. He had the replacement part, cleaned it, and fixed it in less than an hour. Takes Venmo too. You don't need to replace an appliance because a part wore out... Just call Zack.

My dryer broke mid cycle. I called OC Pacific Appliance Repair and they said they will come out the same day. Zack called when he was heading over. He came opened the dryer and explained to me problem and what was needed. Turns out the belt broke and he had one. He replaced the belt, cleaned my dryer, and put everything back together in under an hour. I appreciate him giving me tips and pointers. They accept Zelle! The price was reasonable and he gave me a receipt along with a magnet after the work. This company is great and I recommend them for any appliance repair.

You can’t find a better person than Zack to fix your appliances. I first called him 11 years ago to fix my broken fridge and have since hired him to fix a dryer, oven, and ice maker issue. He’s quick to reply and transparent on his prices. He uses OEM parts and warranties his repair for one year. Obviously I would rather not to business with him since that means something is broken but at least I know I am in good hands when things need fixing!

Zack came out and diagnosed my Jenn Air wall oven with no problem. I needed a new 'relay board'. It took about 15 minutes.Although they don't make the part anymore, we were able to find a brand new one on ebay.Zack came back and installed the part with the same ease as the diagnosis. It also took about 15 minutes. I am so happy he was able to keep my oven going because although the new ovens are attractive, they break in just a few years.I've already referred Zack to a family member and will be referring him to everyone I know. So nice to have a great appliance guy for when things break. Zack is clearly talented and very experienced at what he does. I am lucky to have found him.

We have been working with Zack for years. He has fixed our home appliances as well as some in our rentals. He is efficient, reliable, affordable, and honest. I love that he will let us know if an appliance is no longer salvageable, because parts have been retired before making a trip out. It saves everyone time and money, and he has proved that he acts in our best interest many times. He is also quick to respond to calls and messages and communicates well regarding appointments and his arrival time etc. Recently he fixed my Bosch oven that died right before Thanksgiving and replaced the pump in my tenant's washer in a couple of days. He also gives good advice on which appliances to buy should they need to be replaced. It's good to have good people in your corner, and we love supporting Zack and his small business.

This is the 2nd time we have contacted and used APLCE. The owner, Josh, was our technical this morning. 1st) Josh is very knowledgeable and competent as a tech. I explained the process I went through to arrive at placing a call to his company. He listened and acknowledged everything I had done, including ordering the particular circuit board from the internet. 2nd) I had the top of the dryer already exposed for his work. Within, 15-20 mins I heard the dryer functioning again. Josh was professional enough to show me - my YouTube diagnosis was correct, however when I tried to replace the board, the power leads had an issue and therefore that was the issue. 3rd) Hopefully, this combination wash/dryer setup will last a few more years, but in the event of another issue, I have absolute faith in contacting Josh and APLCE. 4th) The cost was an hourly rate for service tech travel and time. Very much worth the amount to get back into doing laundry without purchasing a new setup. Thank you sir. Appreciate you and your professionalism.

Zack was very helpful with my refrigerator repair. He walked me through 2 things to try over the phone to see if it would solve the overheating. When that didn't work he came out that evening at 6:30pm. He found the problem, ordered the part the next day and with overnight shipping he was back to install and have our 'frig working the next day. He was neat and very pleasant to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zack from OC Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be more grateful--especially now that Mercury is finally out of retrograde! Years ago, Zack helped me with some appliance repairs, so it was a relief to know he's still around and just as reliable. Zack is prompt, responsive (I didn't even expect a reply on a Sunday, but he came through and scheduled to come out today!), and incredibly respectful. He had everything needed to fix my oven right on hand and is even checking on my cooktop, which has been acting up. I also forgot to mention to him that my washer seal started leaking, but I'm confident Zack will handle that too. My dryer broke down this weekend, and in hindsight, I definitely should have had him take a look before buying a new one. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Zack for anyone needing appliance repairs. I highly recommend APLCE appliance repair company. Joshua is very knowledgeable, honest and fair. He fixed my refrigerator and recently fixed my dishwasher. He also told me how to stop the freezer on my sub zero from building ice. He said use a hair dryer and heat the seal and it worked! No more ice accumulation in the freezer. Easy fix. Joshua has saved me a lot of money.

So glad I kept the magnet on my fridge. It has been a while since I needed them to come out. Had a disposal stop working but was given some hints over the phone that got it back in working order. Now my dryer was not working and boy have they gotten expensive over the years. Thought I would try a repair. I received an answer to my request on a Sunday, had Max out on Monday. Gave me estimate suggested it was worth repairing, ordered part. 1 week later I basically have a new dryer for under $500 all inclusive that should last several years. Explained every he did, what he was going to do, and did it. Thank you for the service and glad I have the magnet.

Our refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw out most of the food. In a panic I called OC Pacific Appliance Repair (I had seen them mentioned on NextDoor). They were great. Victor came out and diagnosed the problem. Our compressor was installed today. They were very conscientious and communicated quickly via text and phone call. First off I just want to say how impressed I was with Joshua, who was referred to us. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He went above and beyond the repair, he cleaned inside all of the dryer wout asking for that to be done. He's a Godly man and that's an even bigger plus for us. His knowledge of not only our dryer, but our other appliances was incredible. We highly recommend him and his company with put a doubt.
