Went to CrossFit Condor for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Chad and Stef were really nice and welcoming and meant some great people there. Had one of the best workouts.

I’m brand new to CrossFit and was super nervous to start with limited background in sports/fitness activities. I was looking for a positive group environment, with knowledgeable coaches to teach me good form and challenge me in a way I’ve never been challenged- I got MORE than I bargained for! I started by going twice a week for about a month, and couldn’t wait to step it up to 4-5 times+ a week. I’m on month 2 and I’m hooked. Everyone is SO WELCOMING, encouraging, and supportive. I never feel like I’m asking too many questions, and I look forward to my sessions every day of the week. It’s well worth the price. I’ll be staying for the foreseeable future.
