I’m brand new to CrossFit and was super nervous to start with limited background in sports/fitness activities. I was looking for a positive group environment, with knowledgeable coaches to teach me good form and challenge me in a way I’ve never been challenged- I got MORE than I bargained for! I started by going twice a week for about a month, and couldn’t wait to step it up to 4-5 times+ a week. I’m on month 2 and I’m hooked. Everyone is SO WELCOMING, encouraging, and supportive. I never feel like I’m asking too many questions, and I look forward to my sessions every day of the week. It’s well worth the price. I’ll be staying for the foreseeable future.
