Pretty good service overall. While the prices are on the higher side, they’re still reasonable for the quality you get. The staff member who helped me, Paula, was great — she speaks Spanish, so Spanish-speaking customers will have no trouble communicating.I accidentally left something valuable in my rental car and didn’t realize it until two days later. It was a rare movie replica that would’ve been very expensive to replace. Thankfully, they found it and kept it safe in their lost and found until I was able to pick it up. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and professionalism. You can definitely trust this location to take care of you — even if you forget something in the car.and they have military discount lol

we recently rented a car from them bc our car was in repair and all we can say is that this is probably the most reliable car rental you can get in fort walton. they are super nice and prices arent as bad and the vehicles always seem in good condition. whenever we need to rent a car we will most definitely be coming here. Had to rent a car last minute for an out of town funeral. Step One was so easy to deal with, and when they didn’t have the car size I needed, they upgraded me with no charge. The car was in great shape, and it was an easy return process. I’ll definitely rent from them again when and if the situation arises that I need to again.

Great staffing with awesome communication and understanding I was able to change vehicles on the spot same . That place is a go to for rentals I don’t think any other Car rentals Can compare to their prices. Great vehicle models With newer model vehicles. I’ve been to plenty car rentals and I will be back for their 30 day Rental plan.
