Pretty good service overall. While the prices are on the higher side, they’re still reasonable for the quality you get. The staff member who helped me, Paula, was great — she speaks Spanish, so Spanish-speaking customers will have no trouble communicating.I accidentally left something valuable in my rental car and didn’t realize it until two days later. It was a rare movie replica that would’ve been very expensive to replace. Thankfully, they found it and kept it safe in their lost and found until I was able to pick it up. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty and professionalism. You can definitely trust this location to take care of you — even if you forget something in the car.and they have military discount lol

we recently rented a car from them bc our car was in repair and all we can say is that this is probably the most reliable car rental you can get in fort walton. they are super nice and prices arent as bad and the vehicles always seem in good condition. whenever we need to rent a car we will most definitely be coming here. Paula was awesome and she was super sweet. Thank you step one 💗
