What to say ? I love this place . I’m the most un-gym person you’ll ever meet. I started working with Jeremiah as a personal trainer and I loved every minute of it! He is so kind and helpful, and everyone I met there was friendly and welcoming. He modifies EVERYTHING to my abilities; I’ve had two knee replacements & some back issues & he is very conscientious of that . There’s even a dog there sometimes! If you’re on the fence, jump off and get yourself in here. I promise you won’t regret it!

It's a huge blessing to finally find a fitness lifestyle I want to stick with. Hasn't even been a full month into my membership, and I can tell a difference!

I was nervous to join a gym but this turns out to be one of my best decisions. The coaches are awesome and extremely helpful. Everyone has been very welcoming and encouraging. I’m looking forward to getting stronger and healthier, one step at a time!

Jeremiah, the owner, and the personal fitness trainer sees to everything! The gym is well equipped with everything you would need or imagine and then some. Its a beautiful environment with very clean matted floors, garage doors that open on each side which allows for a very nice breeze, a wonderful, comfortable office area, two restrooms, all kinds of weights, stationary bicycles, rowing machines, etc. On top of that he has nutritional recommendations and a scale that measures your BMI index. I highly recommend Jeremiah and the group lesson exercising staff for any and all your fitness needs. Best gym around! I love it there! 😀 Thank you Jeremiah for taking such good care of your clients!
