I recently took my Tesla Model 3 to Ultra Gloss in Peterborough for a machine polish, ceramic coating and Track Pack PPF installation and I couldn't be happier with the results.Quite simply, the car now looks better than it did when I collected it from Tesla a year and a half ago.I wash and wax the car every week and always take pride in keeping it looking its best, but the finish Ben has achieved is on another level. The paintwork has an incredible depth and gloss, the glass looks spotless, the interior has been finished beautifully and the entire car genuinely looks better than new.What's equally impressive is how well the finish has held up. Despite covering a few hundred miles since the work was completed, the car still looks fantastic and remains noticeably cleaner for much longer than before.Ben was brilliant throughout. There's absolutely no hard sell, no pressure and no attempt to push services you don't need. He took the time to explain everything clearly and focused on delivering the right solution for the car rather than trying to upsell unnecessary extras.I wasn't even aware that Paint Protection Film (PPF) was something available through Ultra Gloss, but this was carried out as part of the project by Josh from JJ Detailing, who works alongside Ben on selected jobs. Ben has done an outstanding job of bringing the paint work up to a pristine finish. The before and after is a testament to the amount of work put in to get the end result.Thank you, I loved the deep Firenze colour before, but now it just pops.

Extremely satisfied with the results of the Titan Ceramic coating + caliper coating for my M8. From the outset, Ben was completely transparent about the costs of the various packages and services offered, carefully explaining the differences between each option. His passion for his work is evident throughout. First impressions matter – for example the workshop is spotless – always a good sign! Like many vehicle owners, I am paranoid about wheel/alloy damage - Ben took the time to explain the specialised tooling they have invested in to support the wheels during removal to minimise any risk of accidental damage. He also provided clear guidance on how to maintain the treatment going forward.Overall, I rate the experience 10/10 and have no hesitation in recommending Ultragloss to prospective customers. Took my two ST's here. The result was better than I ever could gave imagined. Paintwork perfection would have been a better title...Or glass that really sparkles...Or engine bays better than factory finish....Or wheels that gleam.Whatever you call him Ben is great, his work is perfection back up by a wife that not only supports him , but gets actively involved.This is a company I will return to again....A1
