Making the decision 8 months ago to move our parents from their home was one of the most difficult things I have ever experienced. However, the hardworking staff at Bridgewater Memory Care made the transition as easy as possible, quickly earning our trust and working hard to make my parents feel safe, comfortable and welcome in their new home. The staff are responsive to our concerns, foster an environment that is joyful, and above all, always treat their residents with kindness, compassion and respect. I do however, feel particularly indebted to clinical director Danielle, caregiver extraodinaire Melissa, and activity director Heather, who have been with us since the beginning--always patient and supportive. I must add that I sincerely appreciate how Heather goes the extra mile to make herself accessible and communicate regularly with my sisters and me. It is Heather whom I credit for keeping mother engaged, laughing, and with a song in her heart.

I cannot recommend Abby Fulcher enough. She consistently show up with a level of thoughtfulness, dedication, and professionalism that truly sets her apart. Every interaction reflects genuine care not just going through the motions, but taking the time to understand needs, preferences, and comfort on a deeper level.She is incredibly thorough in everything she does, pays attention to even the smallest details to ensure nothing is overlooked. Whether it’s maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing routines, or providing emotional support, their work is always done with intention and excellence. Any family would be fortunate to have someone this committed, attentive, and hardworking. They truly make a meaningful difference.

Choosing a community for a loved one is tough, but Bridgewater Memory Care has been a blessing. The care team is wonderful, and a special shoutout goes to the Dietary Chef, Shannon Hayward! She puts so much heart into the meals she prepares. The food is delicious, and Shannon goes above and beyond every single day to ensure the residents are happy, comfortable, and well-fed. It feels like a real home.

The man reason for my 5 star review is because the generosity and friendliness of one of the members here Shannon Hayward. Not only is she friendly and enjoys doing her job, she always does amazing making the residents here happy and for bonus points her food always tastes great. If I could give more stars I would. Keep up the great work.

I’ve never had anything that Shannon Diers Hayward cooked that did not taste heavenly! The staff and residents are definitely blessed to have Shannon cooking for you all.
