When I was first referred after receiving A RA diagnosis, I was a bit apprehensive as I've had colleagues report their horror stories with their specialists. I'm happy to say that this has not been my experience.From day one, Dr. Su and Dr. Ericson Trieu have always been welcoming, providing genuine care and advocacy for my health and treatment. When certain medications were not controlling my condition, they quickly moved me to another medication, then another, and another, and another until they found what worked.When I needed stop my medications in preparation for a surgery, Dr. Erickson was empathetic and managed my emotional freakout by confirming that he truly cared and was looking out for my best interest.Both Dr. SU, Dr. Erickson, and the entire staff have always been accessible and quickly respond to inquiries. Their staff also assist with advocacy managing approvals and sending follow up information as needed.I have recommended them to a colleague who has been experiencing challenges with their provider, and encourage others dealing with an autoimmune condition to do the same.I'm thankful for the care team!

My Doctors, Dr. Ericsson Trieu and Dr. Karleen Su are the most caring and amazing. Dr. Ericsson for an example once told me, "I'm just a phone call away" and he has kept his professional promise. Team member Andrea is kind and professional also. I feel that Dr Erickson works hard for his patients, he listens and respects me as a person.

I have been under the care of Dr. Su and Ericsson for many years. When I first saw Dr. Su, I was experiencing debilitating pain. They both worked diligently to provide individualised care tailored to my health needs. My condition has greatly improved. I now enjoy most days without pain. Dr. Gelfand is a master of his craft. Decades of experience and knowledge, and the level of care that makes you feel like an individual and not a number. He is very detail oriented so that he can properly treat you correctly the first time. His office staff is always positive and knows their role in the process. We have found Alexis to be especially helpful. My wife has many doctors for her conditions but none that we trust more than Dr. Gelfand.
