I had a run in with this crowd before. dealing with Shane, I was told while renting that he wouldn't accept HAP payments on a property I had been sharing. Told me I didn't deserve a 3 bed and shouldn't be getting it. I wouldn't touch these with a barge pole if you want someone who actually wants to help go elsewhere.
