Aqua Pro Pump Service came out today to replace our well pump, pressure tank, and power source. Seth and Kevin were awesome! Super honest, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to figure out the problem, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. This team has been so helpful and wonderful for us. We worked with them to revitalize an old irrigation well, and got a brand new pump and pressure tank. They were creative and helpful every step of the way. Since then, they are always willing to fit us in to go over things and check to make sure our system is running properly. We’ve had experience with another company that was always hard to get a hold of, hard to schedule and sent us a big bill just to come and look. Aqua Pro makes us feel like we’re part of the family, and their communication and transparency is outstanding.

I highly recommend Aqua Pro. I had my well pump/motor and entire water treatment system replaced and couldn't be happier. It was a big job so I got estimates from two other companies and learned a lot in the process. Shayne Tribble, the owner/operator of Aqua Pro came out and reviewed my situation himself. He has decades of experience and clearly knows his stuff. He tested our water for free and the results were consistent with the other company who tested our water. He made recommendations and explained why. There were a few differences between the other company's recommendations and a little research indicated that Aqua Pro was right (location of the whole house filter (after the water softener vice before), size of the pressure tank). I installed a variable speed (VFD) pump which can use a smaller pressure tank. To save money, they recommended keeping the one I had and replacing it when needed with a smaller one. The itemized estimate I received from Aqua Pro was received promptly (one other company took forever and was significantly higher, the other was basic hand written notes on a scratch pad with no details), Aqua Pro's was the most detailed and professional. They scheduled the replacement quickly over two days and minimized my time without water. Shayne was there most of the first day. The folks working for him were professional, experienced, and very competent. They use the highest quality equipment and materials (Gould pump, Franklin motor, Pentek PID-10 Var. Freq. Drive (VFD), etc.). I have a mechanical engineering degree, was a Navy submarine officer, and worked in nuclear power for ~36 years. I can understand technical information and am a credible reviewer. Like most trades, experience matters as does high standards. Aqua Pro has an abundance of both from Shayne, his field workers, and his office support staff. I highly recommend without reservation, you won't be disappointed.
