Just moved into a home in wasaga and noticed raccoons were in the attic. Previous owners didn’t notice anything, and had our hone inspector was up there 6 weeks prior for what felt like an hourAnd he didn’t notice anything either.Had quotes from other companies that were outrageous one nearly totalling 10 thousand. Was told it was an ongoing issue some estimated 2 years or more… needed to be cleaned out and attic re blown…Had Evan take a look not only was he honest. And said it was nearly nothing 1 poop found, but that attic was still in great shape.Highly recommend his services he’s honest and reliable. Be careful of other companies.

I had an issue with a raccoon around my house. It was entering into my attic. Evan was quick to respond to my call and within hours he had the raccoon out of my attic and entry sealed up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His fees were very reasonable! I would highly recommend Evan if you have any needs for his services. He is local to Midland which is great!
