My family called Evan for an ant problem we have at the house and he showed up the next day in an orderly fashion and he sprayed around the whole house and inside, our family hasn't seen any ants in the kitchen or in the bedrooms since he came by. My mother heard noises coming from the attic at night. We called Evan for a full attic inspection and she had a raccoon in her attic. It is the middle of the spring when they are trying to have babies. Evan showed up in a timely manner and took care of our problems right away. He is professional and really knows how to deal with animals in the attic. If you hear animals in the attic I highly recommend calling Central Ontario Extermination and asking for Evan!

Can’t say enough positive about Evan Topping. I had a squirrel in my attic. Evan came quickly to asses the situation replaced the Vent that the squirrel had eaten through and trapped the squirrel. Just moved into a home in wasaga and noticed raccoons were in the attic. Previous owners didn’t notice anything, and had our hone inspector was up there 6 weeks prior for what felt like an hourAnd he didn’t notice anything either.Had quotes from other companies that were outrageous one nearly totalling 10 thousand. Was told it was an ongoing issue some estimated 2 years or more… needed to be cleaned out and attic re blown…Had Evan take a look not only was he honest. And said it was nearly nothing 1 poop found, but that attic was still in great shape.Highly recommend his services he’s honest and reliable. Be careful of other companies.

I had an issue with a raccoon around my house. It was entering into my attic. Evan was quick to respond to my call and within hours he had the raccoon out of my attic and entry sealed up.
