This is my second sessions with Corina, and on both occasions I left the sessions feeling very relaxed and calm. Corina is attentive and thorough. She listens to my concerns and pin points the core issues quickly. I’ve had many massage sessions before but never had lasting relief. With Corina my body was able to not tighten up again so quickly. I was recommended to see Stephen for a massage by a friend and he didn’t disappoint.I have been experiencing tightness in my neck, shoulders, back and glutes for some time so saw Stephen today.He focused on trigger point therapy and the root cause of my issues. At times it was painful but he told me how much pain I would feel and where it would occur so I knew what to expect. I’ve never experienced this from a massage therapist before.Following the massage I feel so much lighter and a lot less tension and my problems have been fixed. Incredible massage. I highly recommend Stephen. I feel like a new woman. Very knowledgeable and fixed a long term hip/knee pain I've been suffering with. It was deep and at times painful, but I have zero skin bruising which is a testament to his skill. Far from feeling wiped out today (my massage was yesterday evening) as can be the case with deep massage, he seems to have unlocked massive energy in me and I feel incredible. I got a 60 min massage with Helena. She quickly identified tight spots on my back and I felt so much better after the massage. Helena kept checking in if the pressure is ok and provided highest level of care. I’ll make sure to book it again when I’m in Bondi next time!

This was actually my first treatment with Stephen, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m staying in Bondi for ten days and had been looking for a truly good massage after travelling a lot around Australia over the past weeks. On top of that, I’m very active in sports, so my body and muscles were extremely tight.I’ve had many massages in different places and styles, including sports, Thai and deep tissue, but nothing has come close to this experience. The session left me feeling as if my body had been completely reset.
