My girlfriend has been with Klinic for a year and she has had an wonderful experience and there is no hassle or no run around given. People there are straight to the point and the appointments given aren't long in time length and you do them on Zoom there is no Groups or no task involved just appointment by Zoom Video on your Cellphone or lap top. You do have forms you have to fill out every now and then very simple an straight to the point. You have a drug test cup that they mail to you at home and take and take a picture of your results an upload and submit back in by your cellular device. After your SUD medication video appointment they send over your prescription to your pharmacy and you go and pick it up no hassle and no run arounds. Hands down best klinic there is yet.Takes Virginia Medicaid VA premier and others. My girlfriend referred me to Klinic and she is prescribed Suboxone Strips, and as for me I called them and they sent me a text an had me fill out some info and they immediately reached back out to me the same day and I did the forms requested of me and they assigned me an same day appointment and also prescribed me my Suboxone the very same day!

I had a real good experience and everything was quick and went above and beyond on the medical aspect of it it's also nice on weekends even on Sundays when everyone else is closed they will get you in and make sure your tooken care of your well being is there top priority and they are very understanding and will adjust to a situation if one arises example: a lost virtual meeting contacted them and we picked up where we left off and everything went smooth I'm very satisfied and I'll definitely recommend people to them.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Criselle and it was great, there was an overcharge on my bank act, which it was refunded on Klinic's end, but not showing on my end just yet. My prescription was sent in and is at my pharmacy, overall, the intake was super easy, someone is always there to help with things, the only issue was the overcharge to my FSA acct, which the refund is still processing. But Criselle was amazing to talk to and I look forward to staying with her as long as I can.
