Waste of time, they are either out of business, or useless. I found them online browsing for the best mortgage rate and I booked a virtual meeting through their system. I got several confirmations and reminders of my booking, but then no one showed up. They didn't reply to WhatsApp or email either. I even sent them an additional email regarding their advertised rates, to no response. I waited a few days before posting a review in case they had had a personal emergency, but no one ever bothered coming back to a potential new customer who booked a meeting with them they didn't show up to. I was already suspicious of their advertised rates being 1% under current market; it felt either too good to be true, or written in 2021 and never updated since. They are possibly out of business with a webpage still scheduling sessions with their visitors, or perhaps they are simply total clowns. They would be a total waste of time either way. Less

I made an appointment online requesting help with a pension transfer document. Arrived this morning and was met by two girls who informed me that my appointment had been cancelled by text...it hadn't been...as they don't offer that service and a system error had me down as needing mortgage advice. Obviously I was very upset and informed them that myself and my husband had taken time off work fir the appointment and I should have been notified. As we were leaving both of these girls were laughing. I relieved the cancellation text ten minutes after we left. I would not under any circumstances recommend this unprofessional and farcical business. Less
