I have been working with Colin for the past week. I signed up because of their BOGO membership offer (only good till Thanksgiving!) I really needed to make a change in my life. I have had back and shoulder issues for the past couple years. Colin did a health assessment, which gave us a starting point. Colin was able to get me back to almost full motion in my shoulder with in 1 week! Instead of just throwing me into a boot camp or just making me lift weights he is setting me up for success. He's training me in a way that keeps coming back for the next session. This is so much more than just a gym membership! They really care about their clients and helping them meet their goals with technology. They have an app that helps you track your work outs and it can be paired with a fitbit or apple watch so you can track your nutrition and so much more. I'm really glad I made the choice to join VIP.

Great atmosphere and constantly investing in its members. Very friendly atmosphere with continuous improvements to its equipment. Bonus - it's very affordable and open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

My daughter and I have been going to VIP Fit Club for about a month. What a great decision. It’s mother/daughter time, taking care of ourselves time and everyone is welcoming. You will find all fitness levels in the Boot Camp classes, come join us.
