Overall my experience with Greenlight mortgages was fantastic. My partner and I were first time buyers and were very unsure about the whole process and what the steps to actually getting a mortgage were. But Vanessa stepped up through it all answered our questions at all time of the day and always tried to help settle our worries along the way. The whole process was very organised and mostly handled for us. All we had to do was get the correct documents and they handled communication with all other parties.
