I first spoke with Minh on the phone, who was so polite and patient with me that I chose his business over another one I had also called. During my visit, he tested all of my pieces, at first with a magnet and then with a chemical reaction to the metal. He explained every step and didn't complain when most of my stuff was "fake". I ended up having 5 pieces that he did buy from me, and I ended up getting paid so much more than I was expecting! I left with that glowy feeling you get when something valuable comes easily! In the future, I would come here before going to one of those pop-up jewelry buyers. The process and payout makes all the difference!
