Exceptional program for men. The staff really care and so does the owner. They are friendly and cool. The other clients were also very friendly. The program combines a holistic approach (Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga, working out, beach walks) along with classic groups and most importantly AA with a gravitation towards faith-based lifestyle and teaching. They helped me get my life back on track and transform my mind and life even with relapses, I can now finish my college degree with gratitude and sobriety. Thank you Windansea Recovery!

I have known the owner for over 20 years. He helped me when I was first getting into Recovery, with a place to live in one of his Sober Livings. It is truly amazing, The hard work, Determination and amazing team Wind and Sea is Second above none. They truly do care and don’t Take advantage while people are down.I now own a treatment Center, and when people are ready to transition To a PHP or IOP Level of care, we try to steer them in this direction because I know they will be safe And shown what true Recovery is! I was on opiates for 17 years. I tried so many times to get clean, went thru multiple recovery programs, did jail time. I could not stay clean. After my time at Windansea Recovery I have over a year clean and work in recovery and am a house manager at a sober living. Windansea Recovery gave me the tools i needed to succeed. The staff cares and were ALWAYS there when i needed them. The houses are beautiful and the center is a block from the beach in La Jolla CA. What more could one want? As someone who used to go in and out of treatment centers, this program saved my life. Located in sunny La Jolla on Windansea beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, this program changed my life. What an amazing crew of people, the owner is THE chillest surfer dude. A great man that has a lot of sober experience. He constantly provides opportunities for growth and is very encouraging to guys like me who have a lot to learn. On many occasions he stuck his neck out for me and personally saw to it that I was getting what I needed to set me up for a promising future in sobriety. The staff are kind, very cool, amazing people as well. Down to earth and ready to help. This recovery center is staffed with people who helped to guide me into becoming a respectable man in sobriety. Windansea Recovery has helped me to find a path that I am so excited to follow. I consider these men and women my friends, and I look forward to seeing them again soon when I get the chance to visit the wonderful place where I learned to live gratefully, joyfully and humbly.
