Do not trust this company I sold my house to them they sold it to someone else and the house and the taxes are still in my name I've tried to contact them I've had no respond back One of that guys eventually did call me back and he was very nasty. I'm dealing with a property that's still in my name that was sold to them back in a couple of months ago

Joe, TJ and Guilio were so helpful and totally went above and beyond for me. I have health issues that made it to where I got upside down on my mortgage on top of I couldn’t keep up with the house maintenance anymore and they took care of everything. I was so stressed and upset about my situation and they did everything in their power to help me. Even when obstacles kept popping up, they kept coming up with solutions. Not only did they financially get me straitened out but they took the time to talk to me about everything that got me into the situation I was in and they genuinely cared. That’s hard to find in a company these days. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell for cash or needs help with their home options.
