Update** I take back everything I said before in the below post. They transferred the title but did not pay off the mortgage, with is illegal. They sold my property to someone else. How can you sell my property when you haven’t even paid for it?!!? They are screwing my credit because the mortgage goes unpaid. It’s been 6 months and there are 2 months still unpaid. They use your situations and troubles against you. I feel 100% scammed by this company. I was given mere pennies for my property on top of still being legally responsible for the mortgage. Do not use this company. They act like they care but they are just trying to make as much $$$ as they can leaving you high and dry. Shame on you all for taking advantage of a sick, single mom of 4!!!Joe, TJ and Guilio were so helpful and totally went above and beyond for me. I have health issues that made it to where I got upside down on my mortgage on top of I couldn’t keep up with the house maintenance anymore and they took care of everything. I was so stressed and upset about my situation and they did everything in their power to help me. Even when obstacles kept popping up, they kept coming up with solutions. Not only did they financially get me straitened out but they took the time to talk to me about everything that got me into the situation I was in and they genuinely cared. That’s hard to find in a company these days. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell for cash or needs help with their home options. I can’t wait to see how they transform the property!! I was sad to see the house go, but I know it went into great hands. Thank you Wise Property Buyers from the bottom of my heart!!!

Do not trust this company I sold my house to them they sold it to someone else and the house and the taxes are still in my name I've tried to contact them I've had no respond back One of that guys eventually did call me back and he was very nasty. I'm dealing with a property that's still in my name that was sold to them back in a couple of months ago
