This was the best experience in my life! I had the best teacher, Vendela Bonner! She is amazing. I do not like the teaching style.. All we do there was reading power point slides and answering quiz questions from the Book. Overall, it was not that good.

There was never a time I or myself felt intimidated to ask questions or for further explanation on a topic being that the created environment from our Intructor was open and nonjudgemental. I was able to witness how poorly this school is run firsthand as I was enrolled in the 7/12-7/28 2022 online class with the instructor Liz. The class was ineffective and uninformative; the instructor is more concerned with promoting her own real estate career and her personal life. The minimal content that we were taught, was completely unrelated to the material on the exam. Furthermore, the textbook that we used is almost 4 years old. It’s outdated and no longer published. Our class would be dismissed early every day, therefore we never met the 75 hours of classroom time that is required by the Pennsylvania Department of State, which I also paid for. The owner Mark stated that he was going to do a real estate coaching session, but instead used an entire day's worth of class time for his personal gain and spent the entire “coaching session” discussing his radio show and his political beliefs. There’s nothing on the real estate test that asks about Mark and Liz’s political opinions, therefore it’s completely irrelevant content. Although, we spent a lot of time discussing their opinions of the current state of affairs in America. This class is the quintessential embodiment of a scam and a waste of time- all fluff and absolutely no meaningful content. There is no valuable material that was taught that will assist you on your exam or in your real estate career. ****Edited to reply to Mark**** I am a Penn State honors student, I'm well versed in how to grasp the material, study, and take tests at a real learning institution. Great course! The teaching is good. Meeting Mark and learning his Lead Generation is really useful as well as the disc information. The 80% and 20% Rules is something that is really helpful. Had the privilege to be taught by the wonderful Ms. Anna Green. Not only is she very thorough but also eases any confusion you might have on a specific topic. She not only teaches you the topics but also implements games into the learning so you can get a better feel for the lessons. 10/10 teacher, cant think of any negatives of her teaching!
