The place was great, Véndela is an amazing teacher and I hope her new job treats her well, because she deserves it. The class is well worth the price and you even get a class inside the class for, what is essentially, free. Mark goes over, with all his years of experience, how to run your business in an optimal manner. A student even used the framework Mark told us about to make $150,000 his first year in real estate! A little while after taking the class I have already passed my test, got licensed, got with a broker and am completing my first transaction soon!Overall the class is amazing and I would highly recommend this over any other school, especially online schools.Good luck everyone!

Hands down the best pre-licensing course for obtaining your PA license. I took this course 2.5 years ago and happy to say that the training on how to work your sphere has been what I believe has kept me busy and running a lucrative realestate business. Cannot reccomend this course enough.

I just recently completed my 75 hour course with the Philadelphia Real Estate School. It was necessary that I do the in-class option, when I say it was the best decision I ever made. What I appreciated the most was the intimate setting, it allowed us to engage and asked as many questions as we desired. Our instructor Vendala was so resourceful and extremely patient with our class. She taught us the book line upon line and if we needed for her to repeat anything she was more than willing to do so. I took this class as a leap of faith and I'm so glad that I did. If your struggling with making the decision, I say GOT FOR IT.... BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND TURN THE NEXT PAGE OF THE CHAPTER IN YOUR LIFE.

I had a great experience at this real estate school. I registered for the 6 weeks night class. Our instructor ms. Vendela was great. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we truly understood the material instead of just memorizing it. The class was well organized and easy to follow, even for someone new to real estate. Our instructor Ms. Vendela really prepared me for the exam and gave practical tips that I can use in my career. A few days before our class ended, the owner of the school Mark came out to shows us some valuable information about how to run our real estate business when we start working in the field. That class was very informative. I highly recommend this school to anyone serious about becoming a real estate agent.

I’m still in this real estate course and I’m really glad I signed up. I’ve been enrolled for about 6 weeks now, and it’s been a great experience so far. Ms. Vendela is a great teacher. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and takes her time making sure it really clicks. Even the harder topics don’t feel confusing.The course is organized, straight to the point, and keeps me focused and motivated. I took the classes in 2022 and failed 2 exams. I took it again this November and the instructor was Liz. My concern was vocabulary, she advised me not to think about it. English is my 2nd language. The instructors are very concise in delivering the lessons taught. If you show, pay attention, and follow their lead it’s no way you shouldn’t pass the class or exams. If it’s something you don’t understand they will explain it until you do. I recommend taking this course, but do so when you are free of other obligations because it is a lot to learn.
