I selected this course based on the reviews/ ratings and it did not disappoint. The course was easy to follow and the instructors were passionate and personable. They speak from experience which is good to hear as you are learning to become a new agent and will answer any and all of your questions. I attended the weekend classes and got to meet Mark Cumberland who is not only the founder of the school but also comes in to teach you his lead generation business model. It provided relief and direction on where to start as a new agent. Lastly, not only did I pass my exams but I came into the RE industry with no guidance, no connections or referrals so with that being said I reached back out to Mark after completing his course and without hesitation he connected me with a brokerage, I happily joined their team and just recently received my license to practice. I Joined PRC after around 4 months of trying to do online real estate classes on my own. I was really stressed out and really felt like I wasn't going no where doing it on my own. So I did my own research and found Philadelphia Real Estate Classes online. I applied for their 3 week Morning classes and felt way better about my decison. When I got there I met two awesome Real estate teachers Jack J Simpson and Vendela Bonner both very great Teachers who knows what their saying and doing. they made sure they went over the material with us and by the end of those 3 weeks I got my transcript to now take the state and national exam. To anybody reading this go to this In person real estate school you'll learn better. Had I stayed trying to do it on my own I would of still be doing those courses. 3 weeks go by fast by the time you know it you'll be done with a transcript. Less

I had the privilege of having Janet as my instructor for the Tues-Thurs night class from 6-10PM. Couldn't have asked for a better teacher to guide me through the material. She's incredibly patient and makes every effort to make sure the material is understandable. As someone who works full time, I highly recommend the night classes. If you are considering pursuing a career as a real estate agent, this School has multiple options to fit everyone's schedule.$500 is very affordable for this course! You get a lot of information and test preparation from Very Skilled Active agents.Mark (the owner) comes and teaches a 3 hour sales class on the 2nd week that is worth the $500 class fee.I did the 9 morning classes option. 3 days a week for 3 weeks -Tue , Wed , Thur from 8-4:30.The day runs very good with a few 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch break. Very clean restroom available the entire time.The teachers for our class Vendela Bonner and the OG Jack Simpson! He is a well of knowledge!I went into this very nervous and discouraged, and left feeling encouraged and empowered to take on the test! I’m a virtual learner & couldn’t bring myself to reading slides all day with no hands on help . If you are looking for somewhere to help you start your real estate career, I 100% recommend this place. Jack and Shawna were wonderful & knowledgeable instructors. I just took my real estate exam and passed on the first try. If there is anything I can say, in person classes are the best thing you can do. It keeps you free from distractions & this is coming from someone who purchased a “Finish at your own pace” course 2 years ago. I will say, if you think you’re going to sit in class and magically get your real estate license , it doesn’t work that way. Although they are great instructors, it is ultimately up to you to push yourself. Majority of it, is studying and remembering on your own. The class is just a tool to help push you. If you can’t take out the time to study or be dedicated, don’t waste your time. The test is not nearly as difficult as people say it is, even if you’re not a great test taker. Most of it is nerves. If you have studied sufficiently, memorized terminology and vocabulary & have covered most important topics the test will be cake. Good luck to anyone starting their real estate journey . Less

I took my classes last year from end of May-July and it was the best $500 investment that you can make if you commit yourself to it. I personally took the class a few years ago online through Temple’s online course. I didn’t feel confident enough to even go for the exam. After taking my classes last year July, I scheduled my test and was a little bit devastated after failing by 4 points on the National and 2 points on the state. I decided to go for it again and not give up. I was able to pass my exam and become licensed on the second try. If it wasn’t for this school, I would have never even begun my real estate career.
