10/10 we had so much fun. Customer service at this location was amazing. Everyone was kind and laid back and as someone who hates asking questions I had no problem talking to the employees. They were quick with the check in process and gave us a map with lots of trail options.If I could go back - I would do a 4 hour rental instead of 2. I thought 2 would be a lot but in reality it’s only enough to do one trail. I didn’t realize how many areas there were so would definitely recommend more time. We still made the most of it.Not a complaint but a suggestion - it would be helpful if a microfiber towel was kept in the glove box or something. Of course it rained when we were there! But we were basically blind the last 30 mins till we found an outhouse and had to wipe down the muddy/wet windshield with toilet paper to be able to see. I will say watching my boyfriend with his head out the window in the rain being pelted with mud was a highlight lol. Also - maybe a walkie with the batteries out? We had nothing go wrong but in the event we had, we would’ve been f***ed because I think the cell towers were out that weekend. We’ve never had that issue in Sedona before?ANYWAYS - LOVED IT. Overall we had a great experience. Great vehicle quality, great views, great time. I Was initially given some misinformation by a third party concierge service that helped set up my rental. They were saying that i would need a 6 seater to accommodate my daughters car seat among some other things they were not exactly truthful about. While this was no fault of sedona off road they quickly made it right. Sebastian went above and beyond and converted my reservation from the initial 6 seater to a 4 seater which saved me an unnecessary $75 upgrade charge. He also loaned us a booster seat for my daughter so she would fit comfortably and even played along with scaring my son a bit about how fast your supposed to go in these razors lol. We come to sedona once a year and ALWAYS rent a half day rental. This was our first time using sedona off road and the experience we had working with Sebastian guarantees our return next year. 10/10 Less

Do it!! What a blast. This is the 4th year in a row I have used this company for my Sedona adventure. The first 3 years it was on their organized ATV tour (which is superb!!) this year we rented the 2 seater off road vehicle for half a day. It was a great day, at our own pace and fun to drive. I was a bit worried going out in the middle of the desert on our own but I should have known ATV adventures would take such good care of us. They had a special app that showed where we were at all times and also provided us with maps. Made recommendations on which trail based on what our Interest was. Every team member is awesome. The equipment was in great condition. They are a bit warm with the heat from the engine blowing on you but that's normal. We really enjoyed the day. We did pick one trail that was super rocky (to the rock formation known as the Merry Go Round). I would have probably done a different one if I knew just how rocky. But great views. They even had a cooler for our water and lunch that we brought. That was a nice surprise. They think of everything. I am already thinking if next year it will be a 4 seater or ATV's. The Sedona off road center was five star from the jump. Booking was simple. I received a text and email the day before to confirm location and time. When we showed up we were greeted by the team. Alex and his crew were inviting and fun. After a quick video and waiver completion we downloaded Avenza maps and headed to the trail head. My two teenagers and I ripped Diamondback Gulch and Outlaw. The Honda OHV is an incredible machine. It eats the trails like food. We saw a mule deer, a random herd of cows and the ancient dwellings. After we drifted into splash and dash, Alex was back at the shop to clear us of the deposit. We had a four hour rental, but could have easily justified going for 8 hours.
