I went to Barnes Fine Jewelry because they were close to home. What I got was some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I needed to get a ring resize quickly to take it to my son in another state so he can propose to his lady. The jeweler was somehow able to meet my extremly quick turnaround. My wife's ring had broken and we went to Barnes to see what they could do. They made a wax mold of her ring and rebuilt it completely and much stronger. It was exactly what was needed and we both could not be happier. She cried when we picked it up.
