My wife's ring had broken and we went to Barnes to see what they could do. They made a wax mold of her ring and rebuilt it completely and much stronger. It was exactly what was needed and we both could not be happier. She cried when we picked it up.

Recently bought my fiance an engagement ring here. The service was impeccable, the type of service you don’t typically get in the world anymore. Casey was great, she made me feel at home and answered all my dumb questions. I have been kind of intimidated looking for the right ring and she made it easy. I just left Barnes with tears in my eyes! The staff were all so kind to work with, and Payge especially was an angel from the beginning. It was easy to tell that she was invested, passionate, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. And the jeweler, Ryan, absolutely nailed it. I had a vision, and Barnes went above and beyond to bring it to life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I’ll 1000% be back! :)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a ring repaired. I also considered resizing some rings but decided not to. The lady helping me didn't pressure me and was very patient and helpful while I made my decisions.

I just bought from them again because I always get personal service from knowledgeable people that are trained in jewelry not sales. I told them I wanted something to celebrate 5 years cancer free, and they helped guide me to a piece to match the event. I left feeling they were not only happy they had what I wanted, but were happy to help me celebrate. They are family owned and operated and over many years I've dealt with the same sales people. I've never dealt with a 20 something well dressed sales person with commission breath. They make you feel you are part of their community. They have many one of kind pieces they design and make themselves. They have taken stones from old items and crafted something new.
