Jarvis Campbell was our service technician, he was very thorough and informative. He fixed our AC unit quickly and did a furnace inspection while he was here. Jarvis answered all our questions, made sure we understood the repair he made to our AC and his recommendations for our furnace. We will be scheduling a furnace replacement with him soon.

I would highly recommend KC Air Control Heating and Cooling. He was able to show up earlier than scheduled and had my air-conditioner up and running in less than 45 minutes. So grateful that my house will no longer be 85+ degrees!! Thank you so much!!!!

I sent an online request at 6 am on a Saturday. Jarvis was there by 11 and did everything he could to get my a/c going. There was no hope. He then gave me several options for repair or replacement. In the end I opted to replace the A/C side of the system. He had the equipment ordered right away. Jarvis and Moses showed up early the following Friday and had us cooling down by lunch time. 10 stars!
