I write this review having three years of experience with various Senior living/rehab options both in Nevada and So. California. Volante is very different. I was referred to this facility by amazing Meredith at A Place for Mom. She understood my unique situation and worked with me continually to achieve an above-expectations outcome and she made it fun! Upon my initial calls with Jessica at Volante, I felt as if I was explaining my current needs to my best buddy. From our first encounter, she truly understood and went beyond in accommodating me very quickly. She was with another family when I arrived at Volante and I simply sat and observed. Yes, Jessica seemed to sincerely ‘care’ and not just ‘in it’ to add another resident to her roster. Well, when we sat down, I felt embraced by a solid ‘all things Senior’ professional, who had an in depth knowledge of the medical side of things as well. On our tour, Jessica was one-on-one with every resident we encountered. She took time to acknowledge them and offer her genuine smile and personal wisdom. I was very impressed and even more touched. Jessica also introduced me to various staff members, through the ranks. Everyone was so nice and I knew that they truly gave their all, willingly, to their work. I felt embraced by both residents and staff… such a loving family. I knew, in my heart, that Volante was the absolute right place for our friend and with Jessica’s guidance, we are moving forward. Her “We Can Do It” attitude is very nourishing. Even though she is a very busy lady, Jessica makes time for me. Her beautiful spirit and continued support have made my daunting task so much easier. The staff at Volante welcomed me warmly when I stopped in without an appointment last week. They could not have done more. Jessica showed me around their lovely facilities and patiently answered my questions. I'm finding far less anxiety about coming changes in my life! Less

My Mom was a resident when it was known as Coronado Heights from 2018-2020. I stopped by July 26th to drop off a donation to the Activity Director and was amazed to see Desiree. She was one of my Mom’s favorite care givers. She made my Mom laugh and visa versa. She helped to keep Mom’s spirits up. It also gave me a little peace knowing Desiree was keeping an eye on her.Your facility is lucky that she is still there given the turn over Senior Living homes have.
