This is the only class based gym I’ve ever liked the results from, and I’ve tried OTF, F45, Madabolic. All of those felt too cardio heavy, even on the “heavy” days.Here when I see that it’s a “build” day I know I’m being given movements and weights that are actually strength building. The coaches also do a great job guiding the classes. Lots of variety in the workouts, plus the Hyrox days. Highly recommend it.
