Send us invoice and ask for 50% deposit 5 days before job. Give them deposit 2 days before job. They show up for work unpack everything and said need 2k more for this job because price is different now. Not professional company, no even apologise from owner. Stay away from business like this one.

Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night, contacted first aid and by the next morning they were there installing the whole new unit with very professional workmen, and in two days had our brand new system in with a air purifying halo system we could not be happier What they promised is what they fulfilled with excellence. They were sharp guys professional, and just did a great job I cannot say enough good about first aid AC Dr. Greg Fitch.

My first contact with First Aid was a two weeks ago when, of course, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I am a handy guy, so I checked the thermostat, filter, drain line overflow shut off, breaker panel, and I even tried staring at it and kicking it a few times. I’m certain my neighbors were thinking about calling the police because, of course AGAIN, it was 11pm at night. I called a few companies who advertise they have 24hr emergency service and on my 7th or 8th attempt I reached an extremely tired sounding Efrain with First Aid Air conditioning. For about 15 minutes he walked me through checking the same things I tried already with no success. Efrain arrived at my home at around midnight and within 20 minutes he had my AC blowing cold air. Efrain told me he needed to replace another part in my outside unit but that I should be good until morning. The next day at 8 am Efrain was making the permanent fix to my AC. My bill for this service was extremely reasonable, less than half of what I expected to pay for 2 service calls, one of which was after hours.Efrain called me yesterday to thank me for referring him to a few friends in need and I mentioned my frontload washing machine stopped working. From the time I mentioned it on a call until it was fixed was 3 hours. Talk about service. Efrain understands the phrase Happy Wife Happy Life, he certainly made my house a happy home.
