I’ve been working out with Kody for a number of years. I’ve worked out with other trainers in the past. I can truthfully say that Kody is the best trainer that I’ve ever had. He pushes me to get stronger and varies the workouts while making sure that I don’t get hurt (I have some injuries). Not all trainers are capable of doing this. He also does a quick stretch on his table after the workout.
