Easy to access service and to book (online) appointment at a convenient time. Was sent the link in a timely fashion and a follow up text reminder shortly before the appointment started. The doctor (Nicky Wilson) was easy to talk to, understanding, empathetic, and thorough. She gave me time to express my concerns and ideas and laid out a clear treatment plan. She emailed this to me the same day and informed my GP at the same time of the consultation and its outcome. Less

My first meeting with Dr Nikki was brilliant. Not only was I able to get an appointment within a week of seeking one, but also was given the time to go through my symptoms and concerns in detail. I felt understood and listened to. Dr Nikki also reviewed a scan report for fibroids and polyps that I’d received from the NHS, and made some recommendation on my follow-up appointment for that. She talked me through possible options for HRT, and we settled on one that we thought would be the best at this time. The prescription came through 2 days later so I was able to start the treatment quickly. I benefited hugely from HRT just in the first 3 months. My review appointment with a member of Dr Nikki’s team was equally beneficial. Nicky Wilson reviewed my existing and new symptoms and made a recommendation for adjustments to my dosage. Since then I’ve had a huge reduction or complete removal of some symptoms. I feel great. Dr Nikki and team are working to help me transition back to my NHS doctor. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back should I need to in the future and highly recommend their services and support. Less

They showed understanding for my symptoms and recommended treatment- that I have now been on for 4 months and have seen really positive changes. Had my first appointment with a Dr Nikki at Female Health Doctor Clinic and I was really pleased with how it went. I didn't feel rushed and was able to discuss everything I needed. My doctor actually affirmed some of the concerns I had rather than dismissing them like SOME of my previous GPs. I was able to talk through several treatment options and make future treatment plans.
