I have previously reviewed The Female Health Doctor with a slightly negative conclusion, but this review, literally only a matter of days after my initial review, is completely at the opposite end of the scale, in a one word conclusion, exceptional!After my review, Dr Nikki contacted me personally, which is a positive straight away, and we discussed what had happened and how to move forward, after a glitch had derailed our original enquiryThis woman is amazing, and personally took responsibility and pro action in correcting an issue that she had no control over, and this is something that not many people or businesses offer or have, especially businesses that employ others around them to take care of day to day businessThe level of investigation is phenomenal, literally one hour ago Dr Nikki was in our house taking bloods from my partner covering every symptom and every possibility possible to giving back the quality of life my partner once hadRegardless of payment, the levels of investigation go far and beyond what a standard menopause clinic offers, but it’s not just that, it’s also the personal touch that delivers in a way people would only wish to have, amazingI possibly go on but as a male who is understanding and considerate to the menopause and how it affects the female, and lets for one minute forget the male wants and wishes, it requires this full depth investigation to allow the female to wake up and feel refreshed, to feel happy and not so run down, The Female Health Doctor is defiantly a go too, not just for the blood tests but also the understanding that this disease/illness/occurrence affects lots and lots of women, some worse than others, but instead of just settling what the GP’s subscribe, look The Female Health Doctor up, do your homework, and this message is not just aimed at females, it’s also aimed at malesWe are now just waiting for results, with fingers crossed obviously, but all that I wrote in my original review I take back, every single wordAmazing service Dr Nikki, thank you for your time on the phone, sharing your journey with Emma and for the commitment you are putting in to try and help women out there who are struggling with the menopause, you should be very proud of yourself for what you have done, and what you are doing each day

I recently attended Doc. Nikki’s clinic for a coil removal. After 10 months of the NHS doing nothing and not listening I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Doctor Nikki truly did whatever she could do to help me. She made me feel heard and understood. And took it upon herself to find any way possible to get my coil out as it was quite stubborn! It had been a long time since I felt as if a Doctor cared about what I was going through and my wellbeing. Since my removal I’m no longer in pain and I’m mentally doing better and that’s all because of Doctor Nikki! I will continue coming to her for any female medical issues! And I will always be grateful for how she treated me. Definitely would highly recommend. Five star service❤️

Dr Nikki and her team are amazing and worth every penny. I felt listened to, respected and my wellbeing was top priority. If you are able to afford private healthcare, specifically for women's health, Dr Nikki is 100% worth it!

I was doing all the right things: eating well, tracking macros, prioritising protein and fibre, strength training consistently, working with trainers, taking courses. And yet my body wasn’t responding. In fact, things were getting worse.Having been diagnosed with premature ovarian failure 10 years ago, I knew hormones were involved, but they were being monitored and medicated. I genuinely felt on top of them. Still, my waist kept expanding, inflammation worsened, and I struggled with bloating, swelling, and fluid retention. My face was constantly puffy. My latest bloods even showed elevated cholesterol for the first time in my life. I spoke to a member of Dr. Nikki’s Team this year to seek support and professional medical facts so that I could make a very big, personal decision for myself. I am very low-income and had never considered accessing private medical support before but after a very traumatising, triggering and emotionally distressing appointment within the NHS for the same purpose, I almost felt I had no choice.In all honesty, I didn’t have the most comfortable budget to access private medical support but looking back, if I would’ve just caved in after the negative NHS experience that would’ve been truly detrimental for me. Since speaking to Dr. Nikki’s Team, I felt so heard, seen, understood and cared for. It was a revolutionary medical support experience for me which I know sounds dramatic but oh my goodness, if only every appointment or session could go like that. I felt empowered and confident to go ahead and make my big decision and what a good decision for me that was but it only felt doable and actually feasible through Dr. Nikki and her Teams support which I am forever grateful for.Should I come across a scenario where support is needed again, I will not hesitate to go straight back to the Female Health Doctor website and book in. I know it is ‘money’, but if you’re talking about something sensitive, personal, emotive, it really deserves that time and attention and the money is always worth it. Life saver. They actually listen to you. Talk through concerns and interaction with other issues. First time I have felt heard by a doctor in many many years.If you are thinking about it just book the free 10 minute call, honestly just do it. It will be the best thing you do for yourself.
