Just an acknowledgement that feeling the way I did, wasn’t normal and wasn’t okay - was uplifting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had such a lovely experience at this clinic and can’t recommend them enough!I was actually transferred here after another clinic cancelled on me after a month of waiting. I asked if they could fit me in sooner because of this, and they were incredibly accommodating as I got booked in within 2 weeks, which was amazing.Before the appointment, they provided loads of helpful information like what to do beforehand, videos showing how to find the clinic, and all the forms were sorted in advance, which made everything feel really smooth and stress-free.The clinic itself was clean, professional, and really welcoming. Dr Nikki was amazing, and her assistant was just as kind and lovely. They talked me through the entire procedure, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They were both so reassuring to me (and my mom!)I also really appreciated that they made it clear I could stop at any time, which made me feel much more in control.Before, I took strong painkillers, ate beforehand, prepared a pad, and brought a hot water bottle, which helped so much! Dr Nikki also applied numbing cream and gave me a fidget toy to hold, and honestly, one of the MOST helpful things for managing the pain was the laughing gas, which I HIGHLY recommend because it really takes the edge off and gives you (and the whole room!) something fun to focus on.After the procedure, i had my pad, hot water bottle, and some chocolate. The cramps were painful at first but reduced significantly after about 20–45 minutes and became much more manageable.Dr Nikki also gave me a booklet with all the information I needed, which was super helpful. My cramps fully went away after about 3 days, and since then it’s been very manageable (just some slight bleeding, random short cramps, and really short random crying sometimes).They even followed up with a text to check on me and sent a chocolate bar, which was really thoughtful.Overall, such a positive experience and I’m really happy and definitely plan to continue my care here with Dr Nikki!

I had an appointment with Dr Nikki and for the first time felt listened too. I have been having a range of symptoms for nearly a year and all the doctors were saying was to take pain killers and practice wellbeing. Dr Nikki suggested to have a full blood work which I did and now have a plan of action to combat my symptoms. Dr Nikki is kind and understanding and listens. She really does care and goes above and beyond to help.

We had to travel from Sussex because Sussex clinics were discriminatory towards my wife due to her condition. Nikki was supportive of my wife through her perimenopause journey without discrimination. That's why it was worth travelling for several hours in traffic to see her. It was definitely worth it, and we strongly recommend her services. Nikki stands out in a way that genuinely matters. It’s people like Nikki who restore your faith in proper care.

Brilliant service. I booked in with the Female Health Doctor to discuss my contraception options, the consultation was very thorough and I was given lots of information and advice. I felt like I was really being listened to. The Doctor even wrote to my GP and when I was told my chosen contraceptive wasn’t available in my region, I was given the option to order from the Female Health Doctor directly. Very happy customer!
