Joel cleaned all my carpets and did a fantastic job. They were left almost dry which was great. He knows his job and all about carpets, chemicals and fibres! Extremely helpful, great customer service, I can't recommend him enough!

Joel did a brilliant job for my end of tenancy carpet clean. The hall carpet was particularly worn, and the living room had suffered with damp issues and a leak so there was a lot of staining. Joel worked incredibly hard and managed to get the carpets back to their original colour and removed all the staining! He was disappointed that he wasn't able to get them as pristine as he would have liked, but honestly the carpets looked so much better. He charged a fair price for the work and was friendly and diligent. I highly recommend The Deep Cleaners.

I can't recommend Joel highly enough! From my first enquiry, he was incredibly responsive and got us booked in quickly. When I needed to change the appointment, he was so accommodating and made the whole process completely stress-free. For context, we had two bedrooms and two rugs deep cleaned.The clean itself was exceptional. Joel was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain the science behind the cleaning process, which we found surprisingly fascinating and really gave us confidence in the service. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing the best possible job rather than rushing through it.Our carpets came up beautifully and have smelt amazing ever since. The difference is incredible, and the whole house feels so much fresher.If you're looking for someone who's reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes real pride in their work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joel. I'll definitely be booking him again to have our upholstery cleaned next!

My carpets have been cleaned by Joel today and he has done an amazing job. I didnt think he would be able to get some of the marks out but he has and my carpets now look fantastic and smell so fresh. I would certainly use him again and have no hesitation recommending him.

Joel was extremely thorough and hard working. He carefully checked the composition of all the carpets prior to cleaning and provided an honest assessment on some of the tough stains. He managed to work wonders on our cream sofa which we were ready to bin but now looks brand new! He’s even trained to bring to life tiled floors and did a fantastic sample on our Minton tiles and he’s preparing a quote to do that too! He was respectful of our home and made a great effort to make friends with our over protective dog! We are delighted with the results and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
