Joel was extremely thorough and hard working. He carefully checked the composition of all the carpets prior to cleaning and provided an honest assessment on some of the tough stains. He managed to work wonders on our cream sofa which we were ready to bin but now looks brand new! He’s even trained to bring to life tiled floors and did a fantastic sample on our Minton tiles and he’s preparing a quote to do that too! He was respectful of our home and made a great effort to make friends with our over protective dog! We are delighted with the results and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

fantastic job of my carpets especially my lounge carpet where my dog had urine marked it alot when he was a puppy this man saved my carpets so I didn't have to buy new. 1000% recommended
