William, from Darling Wildlife helped us solve a bat nuisance problem we had by our front entryway. He has a process to deter the bat from hanging by our front door. He also cleaned and sanitized the whole area.His thorough and dependable service led us to ask him to check our whole home outside for problem areas. William found several small areas that could be a concern for entry by bats, rates, or insects/scorpions. Very very nice and knowledgeable people who answer their phone right away when you call panicked about critters in your attic all weekend. They were able to come out the same day. Communication was good and they showed up on time. Fortunately, it turns out that it was just bird critters on the roof near the vents and no critters in the attic. They did a really thorough inspection of both the attic and the roof. It turns out the builders never put screens over all those open vents, so the Darling team put screens over all the open vents and put some bird spikes on the one that was actually closed to keep birds from perching on top of that. Bird spikes just keep birds off by the way they don't hurt the birds. Another important thing to mention is that they were concerned about humane treatment of the critters which I loved. Would highly recommend Darling wildlife!

Had a very nice experience! I had some birds (pigeons and sparrows) on my house that were pooping into walkways/grass and they helped remove the nests and prevent new ones from forming. They can’t guarantee the birds will be gone for good and forever because but they seemed very knowledgeable and if the birds come back or find a new spot on our roof/sills I will contact them again for additional services.

I had a pigeon problem and looked up vendors with Angi. They recommended 3 vendors and Darling Wildlife and pest control was the top recommendation. It was a Saturday and they reached out right away and confirmed a free inspection for Monday. Will, with Darling Wildlife, came to our home, made some astute recommendations to get rid of the problem and gave me a quote right away.Will is also a Wildlife biologist, which really gave me comfort with his expertise. He showed up two days later and completely fixed our pigeon problem. Darling also does regular pest service so we are strongly considering them to take care of our home. I called William about a woodpecker/babies issue in the attic above the primary bedroom. He could not come out to remove them at the time due to woodpeckers being a protected species. He followed up with me a couple weeks later to see if they had flown the nest. Finally, about a week later I was not hearing the babies so I called William; his schedule allowed him to come out same day. He came out to confirm momma and babies were in fact gone, sprayed the contaminated area (fleas, ticks, etc.) and put barriers in place to prevent woodpeckers from entering the attic via exterior decorative inlays. William’s customer service and follow-up was beyond outstanding and very much appreciated!

My wife and I take care of stray cats and unfortunately, one passed away last night. I found Darling through Angi earlier this morning and received an immediate call from them and we arranged for them to come out to help us. Our initial service appointment was for 4 pm today and I received a text from William saying they could come earlier, which they did. William and Elle both showed about just before 3 and they were both finished with removing the cat and sanitizing the area within about 15 minutes.
