I used to be a customer. Poor and unreliable service led me to cancel after just a few months in 2023. Guess who called me to tell me they were on their way to my home last week!!! I said DO NOT COME. A few days later THEY SHOWED UP ANYWAY!!!!!!They hold your personal information forever for any new tech that they just hired to have FULL ACCESS to!!! A random man showed up at my house and serviced my pool with absolutely NO PERMISSION and damaged my thousand dollar cleaner.Ashell and Trevor at Beyond Pool Cleaning don't care. They wont tell me who it even was that came to my house and damaged my equipment. They also have no intention of chaning their systems so this can easily happen again at any time. Random men showing up at my house whenever with no warning. Next i am filing a police report and setting up security cameras. Beyond Pools does not care about privacy, personal property, or safety.
