Mike is absolutely Amazing. Buying a house can be extremely stressful and so much can be missed. As a single mother of 2 girls I don’t really know what to look for or when something is wrong. Not only did he fit me in his schedule right away but he is also professional, friendly and thorough. Most business either offer high quality customer service or high quality work and new life property offered the whole package. Mike did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He was very patient, and took time to answer our questions with detailed and honest answers. I felt very confident with his inspection, because he clearly knows what he is doing and enjoys his job. He was very thorough yet efficient with his time. He had our report sent to us shortly after he left. I would use him again, and recommend him to anyone!

I recommend Mike for any home inspection!! He was super responsive on getting it scheduled and was easy to do. As a first time home buyer he made sure I understood everything he was talking about before moving on. Also gave a very detailed report within a few hours after the home inspection. He took the time to answer any questions we had and told us to reach out if we had any questions post inspection.
