It wouldn't allow me to say I do not recommend, nor would it let me leave a zero star rating. Their manager canceled my membership back in May. He told me he had already refunded my money before I left. This was a lie as I still have yet to be reimbursed. They ignored attempted contact by the Better Business Bureau as well as repeated attempts by myself.

Friendly and nice environment

I recommend Victory Fitness Center. The staff and members are more like family. The are very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive of healthy lifestyle changes. The fitness team offers a broad spectrum of classes for every age group and body style. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are therapeutic for mind and muscles after a workout.

I love Victory fitness center!!. The staff is amazing and always has a smile on their face. the equipment is very nice. as a person with walking difficulty its so nice to have the pool to work out in. I never feel judged while I'm there. it's just an amazing gym all around!!!

Friendly and respectful staff and gym goers. 2 years later and Victory Fitness has only improved the atmosphere and my health. I love this place and the staff, from Rita at the front to Sherry teaching HIIT Aqua classes.

I love Zumba and they have classes in the morning and in the afternoon! They also have aqua Zumba! Very nice staff! Good place to be.

I like that Victory is not overly crowded. I joined because they have a selection of equipment and a pool.

Definitely feel comfortable at this gym and Britiani is amazing. She is my motivation to keep going!

I just love Victory Fitness Center 🥰 I'm so glad I came back. It had been 7 years and Brittany just busted into cheers when I walked in. She remembered me and welcomed me back. She is so amazing, everyday she is so up lifting and asks me about my work, Doggies, and how I have been doing getting my protein. All the staff are amazing. I always look forward to going to the gym. 🥰

Yup, I knew that would happen. The bank said they didn't see any failed attempts to take payment from my account so the gym must have been entering something wrong and then it went through when whatever mistake was fixed. The gym says they had to charge me a retry fee of $5 and threatens me with a $3 per month charge to pay cash. So I try to pay today and refused to pay the $3 fee. They said I had to pay the fee, that the bank took the $5 fee and I must have made changes to my account so they wouldn't go through or didn't have funds in the account. I said that nothing changed on the account and the funds were there. Gym dude said that it was my choice to close my back account but they had to charge the extra $3 dollars. I said it wasn't my choice, it was a major inconvenience I had to put up with because they were stealing money from my account. They said they weren't stealing it, the bank was, because I didn't have enough funds. So I reiterated to him that the bank said it was their mistake and they said it was the banks mistake, yet I am the one getting stuck with the fees because neither company will take responsibility. And he said it was my responsibility. So I said fine, I'm not paying anything until I can pay the monthly fee that is in my contract, so how can I go about cancelling. He ignored that question about cancelling and told me it would go to collections. Then he threatened me with my credit score and said "You won't be able to do anything". I replied Are you kidding? If I had credit, if I had enough money to worry about credit or to "do anything" a few bucks wouldn't be such a make or break issue. He absolutely refused to work with me or help me find a solution.
