Having recently moved to East Sussex we needed a considerable amount of fencing and ground works organised for new animal shelters. From an outline brief Bramall Homes helped develop the scope providing options and suggestions along the way (including cost savings). Communications were great before and during the works. The Bramall Homes team were courteous and diligent paying attention to good health and safety and organised their own welfare. As with many of these projects there were extra works required which were all accommodated at a reasonable price. The Bramall Homes team’s technical skills were first class and were happy to offer advice on all construction related queries we had. I would recommend Bramall Homes to anyone looking for a trusty partner to carry out all types of construction and building work. I have worked with Bramall homes in the final stages of their projects installing curtain poles etc prior to completion. I recently had the pleasure of teaching Henry and his team the finer points of Polarwall ICF construction, using our online shared screen service. They were paying full attention and I was reassured by their perceptive questions and comments. As is our practice of attending every first concrete pour for new builders, I was there for the concrete pumping. Unusually, I found no errors at all in the build assembly and everything was set up for the concrete pumping perfectly. I always say, (even after 23 years of site visits) that everyday on site is a learning experience for me and was pleased to see that there were two innovations in using the formwork that I had not seen done before. The "Bramall Gable Loop" and the "Aaron Plate Fix". The concrete placement was a pleasurable day with just three of us. Walls and gables were all done together in one pumping session without any incident or error. All well vibrated into the wall and all walls were perfectly straight and true. For a first time ICF build this was excellent work and we at Polarwall will be more than happy to recommend Henry and his team to anyone in Sussex and Kent looking for a first class build team.

Bramall Homes built a timber framed cabin for us and the whole experience was excellent. The workmanship was high quality, and communication was easy and clear.
