I initially found Rocky Mountain Forest Products Just before Covid hit , When looking for Quality lumber ; not warped and "checked" lumber, found all throughout the big box stores .Fast forward to 2026..... When it came time to replacing our deck,... ROCKY MOUNTAIN was the only place for all our lumber /decking /railing needs .Both initial contacts made were with a Great sales rep ; Garrett Kincade - who helped bring my vision alive . I explained what i wanted ,and he enthusiastically helped me create and made suggestions to build just what i wanted .The Deck contractor consistently commented on how they have not seen this type of quality material in a long long time , and that it just made the whole job and experience for them a easy one .I found Their Prices to be very competitive and they are not over charging for quality materialSince i was the defacto, and might i say pseudo GC ( General Contractor ) it was important to have a point of contact to bounce things off of and ask for advice .Garretts Customer service is top shelf , always providing responsive /clear and concise communication making this first time build - literally a dream come to fruition .Exemplary TeamworkFrom the receptionist Haylee to other Reps like Andrew and, drivers Chris and Noah and their staff who pulled orders when at lumber Yard - their courtesy and professionalism are above and beyond.

One of my favorite local suppliers. Everyone is good at their jobs and they make up for any mistakes made. My only suggestion is that they look into other wood supplies, like slabs and a variety of hardwood, for furniture makers and the like.

I don’t usually leave reviews but was really amazed with the customer service i received. The Forklift driver Louis was amazing helped me navigate and explained to me how everything works, materials and about both yards, since it was my 1st time here I usually shop at the lumber by my house in Lyons Co which is a drive but definitely coming back good material and good customer service.
