Exceptional authentic Indian Cuisine! I had the most delicious, Shrimp Malabar Tandori, with a creamy, delicately spiced coconut sauce...so good!. My husband's Chicken Saag was superb with tender chicken in a flavorful, complex spinach curry. The atmosphere was most pleasant as we sat near the window overlooking Swan Lake. The service was attentive, kind, and accommodating....as the waiter had the chef prepare my meal without my allergens.

This was our first time dining at Mint and it definitely will not be our last. The service was professional, efficient, and congenial without being smarmy, and having a window table overlooking Laurel Lake was charming.The food was excellent overall, and the only criticism I might have is that, surprisingly, the chicken dish was a bit on the bland side, as if the large pieces of meat, which were very tender, hadn't had enough time to simmer in the subtle but flavorful sauce. I got the sense that the chicken was cooked separately and then put into the sauce for only a few minutes.However, everything else was delicious, including the crispy eggplant appetizer and beautifully grilled rack of lamb.

Very delicious Indian food and the staff is always friendly and kind. We always feel welcomed here. Best Indian cuisine in the area. The lake views are pretty too. I recommend checking Mint out!
