I attended a class w/ Nicola last week to learn how to create the "Burn Away" cakes and had so much fun! Me and friend were looking for something unique to do for Galentine's this year and this was perfect. As well as a lot of laughs and fun, we learnt genuine skills and Nicola had so much patience when it came to instructing. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We went for a cake decorating class and afternoon tea party as part of my granddaughters hen party. Nicola was an amazing host and teacher, the afternoon tea was delicious and very fresh and the bubbles flowed along with tea and coffee. I can highly recommend and would love to return sometime to learn a few more techniques

We asked Nicola to make us a wedding cake for eighty people which we needed to transport to Slovenia. The consultation was detailed and fun, and the cake produced exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, tasted great and was so well constructed that it survived two whole days of travel across Europe by car. Nicola also provided photographic evidence of the cake being made to assist with Customs queries. She could not do enough for us and we are happy to recommend her services.

Nicola made a fantastic cake for my husbands 80th birthday encompassing his love of old cards and first very special Ford V8 Pilot. He was thrilled with it and it was admired and enjoyed by all our guests, tasted pretty good too!
