I had a great lunch at Serai Cafe, the owner is clearly very passionate about his business and committed to exceptional service. I would definitely go back to study, or after a day at the beach. I recommend the signature sub!

I’ve been here a few times, the food is always good, the staff is always nice, and the store itself has a great vibe. The owner is also very accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend going here!

Highly recommend! Excellent service and very kind owner. I ordered the lavender mint mocktail. What I got was tasty, but I just prefer my drinks a little less sweet. They went above and beyond and insisted on remaking it until it was just right. The owner even brought out a delicious pistachio tres leches for me and my friend to try. Will certainly be back to try one of their sandwiches in the future!

I came here because of the good reviews and the place itself is nice. I ordered a sandwich and it took quite some time to be ready. By the time I received it, it was already cold. I politely asked the staff if they could warm it up, but they said they couldn’t because it might burn. I asked a couple of times and received the same response each time.I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying a warm breakfast, especially with the cold weather outside. Unfortunately, that experience made my visit a bad one.

My friend and I decided to try their turkey pesto panini, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, generous amount of meat, and the panini was toasted to perfection. The atmosphere was so inviting and seating was really comfortable. I highly recommend stopping by for a bite!

As a tourist in Chicago I randomly stumbled upon Serai looking for a good coffee and believe me when I say I had a 10/10 experience. Fred was the sweetest and has the best recommendations so you better listen to him. I tried their pistachio coffee and turkey panini and it was the best panini I’ve had in a while- the right amount of crisp, cheese, turkey and heat !!! Yum yum and yum !!Everyone visit Serai right nowww !!!! <3- Sri :)
