Great Gym! I train here anytime i’m in town for work. The equipment is good. Cleanest gym i’ve ever stepped foot in. The staff and members are awesome. They are always so welcoming and genuine.

Empire Gym is the best gym in Rincon. The owners are awesome, the staff is always cool and helpful, and the place is always clean. I always get a good workout in, but more than that, it just has a good feel to it. It’s one of those gyms where you actually feel comfortable showing up and putting in work. Definitely recommend!

Solid place. The crew is always cleaning and reracking(plz rack weights familia). Jeanette and Todd always throwing high fives and pumping people up. I’m very happy I joined here. Its price point may throw you off… but try it and you’ll know why and you will stay. Equipment is nothing like PF or those other places. Really different type of equipment- reminds me of the old school equipment that hits parts you miss hitting at the gym.My father inlaw was visiting from NJ and came for a one day guest pass, he said “we need a place like this in NJ. Not huge, yet focused and super clean”I think it’s a hidden gem for those looking to get some solid work done. Thanks to all making this spotless and neat.

Excellent facility! Coach Jason team fitness will get your cardio in and some extra. Gym equipment is too notch and the fitness coaches are amazing. This place did not disappoint!!
