Great equipment and atmosphere. Always has a good amount of people working out but has never felt crowded since I’ve been here with the amount of space and different equipment to use. Very clean and nice staff as well. No complaints so far

The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and it truly feels like a judgment-free space where everyone is encouraged to grow stronger at their own pace.One of my favorite things about this gym is the community of strong, supportive women. It feels safe, encouraging, and empowering every time I walk in. The staff is always kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about the members.They also have all the equipment you could need whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, training for a race, or just starting your fitness journey. Highly recommend if you want a gym that feels supportive, safe, and motivating.

I can’t say enough good things about Empire Gym! As a plus size woman, I was honestly very intimidated to start my fitness journey, but everyone here has been incredibly welcoming and supportive from day one. The environment feels encouraging, not judgmental, which made such a huge difference for me.My trainer, Kianna, is absolutely amazing. She knows how to push me to do my best while also being my biggest cheerleader every step of the way.
