Neil was wonderful! He installed a new electronic Yale lock on my front door and fixed a broken lock on my back door. He was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to come out the same day. He was also competitively priced and less expensive than others I called. As a woman who was home alone while he worked on the locks, I felt very safe and comfortable with him in my home. I would absolutely recommend!

Can’t recommend Neil and Lock Boss Locksmith enough! I needed a smart lock installed and Neil was great at pre-appointment communication to ensure that everything was ready and would go smoothly on the day of the appointment. During the appointment, he was very efficient but made sure to also walk me through everything that he was doing. Once the lock was installed, he stayed to ensure that it was set up correctly on the app and also made sure that I tested it out fully. While he was here, he also ended up rekeyed some locks on a couple of doors.Neil’s honesty, helpfulness, friendliness and willingness to make sure that everything was done quickly but properly are the reasons that I will not hesitate to reach out to him in the future for all things lock-related!
