Can’t recommend Neil and Lock Boss Locksmith enough! I needed a smart lock installed and Neil was great at pre-appointment communication to ensure that everything was ready and would go smoothly on the day of the appointment. During the appointment, he was very efficient but made sure to also walk me through everything that he was doing. Once the lock was installed, he stayed to ensure that it was set up correctly on the app and also made sure that I tested it out fully. While he was here, he also ended up rekeyed some locks on a couple of doors.Neil’s honesty, helpfulness, friendliness and willingness to make sure that everything was done quickly but properly are the reasons that I will not hesitate to reach out to him in the future for all things lock-related!

Neal did a dead bolt install on a steel plated exterior door at my home this morning. His work was very good and was fairly priced. He had scoped the job the prior day to make sure he was comfortable with the project. While there he also offered to help me on the last part of a car repair project I was having difficulty with.
