Can’t recommend Neil and Lock Boss Locksmith enough! I needed a smart lock installed and Neil was great at pre-appointment communication to ensure that everything was ready and would go smoothly on the day of the appointment. During the appointment, he was very efficient but made sure to also walk me through everything that he was doing. Once the lock was installed, he stayed to ensure that it was set up correctly on the app and also made sure that I tested it out fully. While he was here, he also ended up rekeyed some locks on a couple of doors.Neil’s honesty, helpfulness, friendliness and willingness to make sure that everything was done quickly but properly are the reasons that I will not hesitate to reach out to him in the future for all things lock-related!

Neal did a dead bolt install on a steel plated exterior door at my home this morning. His work was very good and was fairly priced. He had scoped the job the prior day to make sure he was comfortable with the project. While there he also offered to help me on the last part of a car repair project I was having difficulty with. If I could give Neal - Lock Boss Central 10 stars, I would! To make this brief & to the point. I am a single 63 year old mother of 2 grown men who each have profound disabilities. My older boy-Muscular Dystrophy. My, youngest of 5 grown kids, Andrew- profound Autism.“For God doesn’t give us the spirit of fear but of Power, Love & a Sound Mind” I rely heavily on Christ’s supernatural emPOWERing, Love & most importantly His “Sound Mind” I, my, tired, old lady, self, am an idiot! I, have no “Sound mind” -much less any brain cells! They have all been fried ! 😅Of, course me, being me, had lost my ONLY key Fob to my Nissan Van! I had looked for days. Scoured my Van! Everywhere!! I was in a desperate situation to begin with, but THEN things got worse- a nation wide winter storm was approaching. Freezing Rain!! Oh, yeah did I mention my front drivers side window was rolled down!! 😭As, all idiots, do, I went to Google for help🤓 The complexity of the situation required I call the dealer. Spoke to Scott at Nissan Richardson- great guy! He, in turn referred me to Lock Boss Central!From the moment I spoke to Neal he was on it! Professional, more than prompt, personal, Even drove all the way to Arlington as my particular key fob was “out of stock” -Arlington had the ONLY fob available that fit my Nissan make & model. The battles I’ve had to push thru for both my boys.Most importantly, the vents, food pumps, formula, oxygen concentrators etc..EQUIPMENT, THAT KEEPS MY SON, ALIVE. If, ONLY Neal & Lock Boss Central could be duplicated. If ONLY anytime I had to call for service on any & all my son’s medical equipment it would be a “Neal”- Lock Boss Central.
