Late Saturday night I had water coming out of my furnace. I emailed Jodie. I received a text early on sunday morning with some advice and a schedule time for Alex to assess my situation and do the repairs needed to have my AC working again. I always find them to go above and beyond with their customer care and maintenance services. I highly recommend them.

I am a landlord and Capital City Heating and Cooling was sub contracted to install an AC and Air Handler into one of my properties.Although I was only able to be present for the end of the installation, bot my tenant and property manager where very impressed with Omar and his crew.There where some hiccups due to the layout of my unit, and installation took longer then predicted, but solutions where found and the AC and Air Handler that where ordered where installed.

Capital City installed Bryant furnace and ac. They gave options with really good prices and prompt service. The install team replaced our units and were very thorough in their install.Overall very satisfied and would recommend based on price and experience.

We booked this company to provide a quote for relocating our furnace. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, and the salesperson arrived on time and was professional.Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. Three weeks passed without receiving the promised quote, and we had to email the company ourselves for an update. We were then told they were too busy to prepare it. Had we not reached out, it appears we wouldn’t have received any communication at all.What is most disappointing is that the company was unwilling to provide the quote within the timeframe that was promised. We were left waiting for weeks with no update, and only after following up ourselves were we informed that they were too busy. This lack of respect and professionalism for a potential client was very disappointing.

Always a pleasure working with Capital City. The owners, the customer service, the scheduling, the salespeople, they're all fantastic and really seem to care about the product and your comfort as a customer. No unnecessary upselling either. They are worth paying more money to use because of how good they are -- the beauty is you don't even have to pay more (in fact you pay less), because they've consistently been the lowest price point for me after getting quotes around town. Use them without hestitation.
