Immediately located the dead squirrel in my heater ducts, removed it and sanitized. Great communication and I actually got a really person when I called, not AI nonsense. Thanks so much!

Really glad we chose them! Always answers the phone, great customer service, scheduled us quickly. Showed up right at 8am on the date of service when it was scheduled for 8-10am arrival time, technician was very professional, courteous and did an awesome job! Was even really nice to hang around outside the house while I was the one who was late to getting back from dropping off my son at school. Would recommend!

The technicians were courteous and left the house clean. They showed me pictures of rust in the vents but they didn’t show me the dirt or hair that they vacuumed from the house. So I have no idea how much was vacuumed.

Ray showed up promptly at 8:00. He worked non-stop for over three hours. He politely answered all of my questions (I don't know much about duct cleaning). He cleaned the dust from the furnace, all the vent openings and the dryer duct. Ray did a great job.

The two guys were polite, professional, and on time. They introduced themselves right off the bat and then thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. They were here until the job was done, which was all day since it was an older house with ducts and dryer vents that had never been cleaned. Great Job! 👍
