Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment online. I arrived at the appointment and was met with an unpleasant man who said he had no idea about the appointment and stated the person who cuts hair was not there and couldn’t tell me how long I would have to wait. Offered no resolution or no desire to service me.

The best barber in the DMV, hands down. Jeronimo is from Brazil and an absolute master of his craft, an artist, beyond skilled. I have lived all over the world, had cuts from hundreds of barbers, and only two other times have I experienced a barber in Jeronimo’s caliber. Once in California and once in Jordan 🇯🇴 . Jeronimo does it all. Hot towel, proper products, straight razor, face and scalp massage, perfect fade, the whole works. Finally, I’ve found a barber in the DMV who does the right thing.
