It was a quick response and David arrived to help us out. He was able to diagnose the issue and give us options on how to fix it. David was very professional and kind. He did not try to upsell us anything that we didn’t need and we had the final say. David fixed our toilet and left it working like it was brand new! While David was there I had him take a look at my main water shut off that would occasionally leak. David diagnosed the issue and ended up replacing the shut off valve. All in the same day! We called Valley Plumbing and Drain for a second opinion before excavating our basement floor and replacing the pipe to clear a clogged drain, (which we were told was the only way to solve this problem by another company). David took the challenge and was able to clear the drain with just using an auger! He ran the water several times in our drain for over 10 min to make sure it was all clear. Stephen and Caden from Valley/Towers Plumbing were my technicians to do a whole home repipe. They removed and disposed of all the Polybutylene water lines under my hose which has a narrow crawlspace. They replaced it all with Pex line. They were both professional, kind, on time and communicated very well with me and each other during the whole process. It was a big dirty job and they finished on time. They were very careful with the underneath insulation. The bid was very reasonable for this job too. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to elect them to do this job. I was impressed with Stephen and extremely impressed with Caden as he is 18 years old and worked like a pro! He will definitely make something big of his life as he had expressed to me is his plan. I have had many plumbers over the years and never plumbers who took as much pride in their work as Stephen and Caden. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. We recently had concerns over a potential water leak behind our walls. I was able to make an appointment at 10:30pm very easily for a later date. Next day I left work early and called if I was able to have someone come same day since my day was free. They had someone come very quickly. Dean and Jonathon came and inspected everything, wore booties, were friendly, and answered all our questions. We didn’t have a leak but they decided to check out our water heater/softener and immediately found a leaking issue. They educated us and offered to replace a water heater part on the spot. It was super easy. I’m very worrisome about hiring professionals because it’s hard to trust people these days but I will definitely call Dean back to fix another less important issue he found. Less

I've used Valley Plumbing three times in the past year, for water hammer, checkup, and the cleaning out of a drain pipe. Each time Travis, one of their technicians, was sent out to conduct the visit. At each visit Travis has been affable, (even to my nosy puppy), helpful, efficient and quick in his work. He even provided some advice on how to avoid certain issues in the future. The last time he conducted the checkup, he made note of some possible trouble areas, without using a scare tactic to do thousands of dollars of work, and accepted any work I requested with no issues. Outside of the work provided by the technician, the company itself is very good at communicating. Not only do they send both email and text confirmation of the appointment, but they also send a text letting you know when the technician is coming so you can expect them soon. Less

We were really pleased with the service line repair that was performed by Nate, Alarik, and Zach. We had Valley Plumbing hydrovac excavate in our property and it was so precise. Like a laser! They dug the shaft and repaired the line in 1-2 days and we have been so happy. Travis and Kaiden were also extremely helpful in giving bids on our Water Heater replacement. I will be calling them back to work on some other indoor plumbing projects we have. Kaden was very helpful in setting up our projects and communicating with our insurance. We had Valley Plumbing come to our house to check on our water softener, which we suspected wasn't working properly. Aaron was polite and on time. He did a diagnosis and determined that our water softener was working just fine and best of all there was no charge. I was shocked, as usually there is a service call. I usually do not leave reviews, but I sent a message to the company and never heard back. For the most part, I am satisfied with my experience. Jaxsen was professional and the work was done well. My only concern or complaint is the lack of transparency on what I paid for. The estimate and invoice were not itemized. Based on the amount of time spent by the two plumbers, it seemed very expensive. I estimate I paid almost $200 per hour for each plumber plus parts. It would be helpful for customers to have a better idea of what the estimate was for and what they are being charged for after work is complete. Less

I called in at 8:30 a.m. and they were there promptly at 2:00 p.m. as promised. We had a kitchen sink drain clog and I called these folks to see if they could help. They were here in 12 hours! Jeremy Gallersen was our technician and was very helpful in going over our options and helping me make an informed decision. When I was asking what the service fee for coming out was he said it was $0, estimates are free!! I was very pleased because in the past using "brand X" I have been charged over $100 for the assessment fee. This time the fix was simple, we are hoping but if it requires the next step I can say without a doubt I will use these folks again and request Jeremy as well. Our aged water heater started leaking in July. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Mitch diagnosed the problem and did not charge us to replace a couple of gaskets as a bandaid fix. I liked that he gave us an option either to repair or replace the unit. When we finally got around to replacing the unit 3 months later, Valley Plumbing honored the quote. Mitch returned to do the work. He is timely, efficient, friendly, and skilled at describing his work in an understandable way. He even helped me move some large items that were impeding access to the water heater. Less

Had the city damage our sewage lines and we had both Mitch and Trevor come out to help us out. They were both very professional and were really good at being completely open and honest and helpful. Valley/Towers plumbing put in a main sewer drain for me. This is a big, expensive job. No project goes perfectly, so you have to trust the company you work with. I trusted these guys, and they worked hard to fulfill every promise verbally and in writing. I am completely happy with the work they did and would use them again. Jaxsen was great... courteous and good at explaining the problem and options. The main issue was discovering why water was leaking in the basement furnace room when the kitchen sink was running. I was happy to observe Jaxsen quickly identify the cracked drain pipe where it was leaking and very efficiently replaced it along with nearby elbows. We've only been in this home for 2 months. I asked about two other issues to confirm options for repairing and he gave me a quote for the one I'd prefer not to do unless it's too expensive. I'm very happy with the end result and Jaxsen's work. I find Valley Plumbing pricing at the higher end, but the loyalty discount, service and great staff softens to pain to the purse. Less

Kaden arrived promptly. He was was friendly and personable. He was able to turn off the water and then determine what the problem was. Communication was very good, letting us know when the technician had been dispatched and who to expect. I couldn't be home, but my adult daughter was there when the work was being done, so Brian sent me pictures of the finished work. He let me know I needed to add some topsoil to next to my house where the water main is located to help prevent freezing. They even came in under the approved estimate. So far I am very pleased. I am leaving a review because Stephen was very polite and one Of the best experiences I have ever had with a service technician. He was very professional in how he approached a complicated situation and we weren't even the ones who called him. So he had to communicate with our neighbors beforehand who can be a lot to deal with being that they were upset about their condos being affected by a problem that persisted in our unit. Most people might lose their composure having to deal with (let's just call them Karen 1 and Karen 2). Karen 1 (bottom unit) has been relentless texting us about something out of our control with no patience or respect whatsoever so I can only imagine what Stephen had to deal with before talking to us. I believe it's a valuable trait to approach a situation so professional and he didn't skip a beat at solving the issue. If I have anymore problems I will personally request Stephen if available.
