The attention to every detail during my experience here was incredible. The staff was so caring to continue to check in with me during my treatment. From the moment I entered into the spa and was offered some “spa water”, through the consultation with the nurse and then to the treatment itself…everything was wonderful! I felt leaving energized and revitalized! i can’t wait to go back!

Kylee (RN) is fabulous!!Hubby and I had such a lovely self care morning. The Niceville Prime IV location is welcoming and relaxing. This was our second time in and will definitely be coming back. There are so many nutrient options. And the salt room, massage chairs, and O2 make for an elevated experience.

Second time coming in, both times were great. Always super nice and knowledgeable. The massage chairs are awesome. Left feeling great and continued for days. Kylee was super sweet and knew her stuff. Will be back again.

I had such an amazing first experience at Prime IV! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy and comfortable.A huge shoutout to my nurse, Taylor—she was absolutely fantastic! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does.The treatment itself was refreshing, and I left feeling so much better than when I came in. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Five stars all the way!

First time visiting & I will 100% be back! Taylor & Jen were so kind and knowledgeable. The VIP room was a great experience with the salt rock wall, massage chairs and all the extra amenities. 5 star experience. Can’t wait to return!
