My wife and I stopped in while visiting family and had an amazing experience!This is not your typical IV hydration clinic - really first class. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facility is immaculate and the massage chairs are incredible. I could have stayed in that chair all afternoon!The staff (Brooke and Kylee) made the whole experience complete. They were friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. It's obvious they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their guests.I honestly wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I walked out thinking, "Why haven't I been doing this sooner?" It's the perfect combination of taking care of yourself and getting a little well-deserved relaxation.We have family connections to the owners, but I can genuinely say the experience was outstanding. If you're in the Niceville or Destin area, I highly recommend checking this place out. We'll absolutely be making Prime IV a regular stop whenever we're in town!Five stars! Great people, great atmosphere, and an all-around fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and even better staff. Brooke and Victoria are great and extremely knowledgeable. There are several IV options but they guide you the whole way through! The massage chairs with the salt wall in the member room are the best. The eye mask with a hot lavender towel takes it to a whole new level. This place is elegant and stands out above any other IV Spa around. Definitely worth getting a membership! I can't wait to return already!

What an awesome experience from the minute I walked through the door. Kylee and Brooke took great care of me and made the entire visit easy, comfortable, and relaxing. Everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome.The spa itself is incredible. They’ve thought of everything—the wellness water, relaxing music, eucalyptus scent, beautiful atmosphere, and the massage chairs you get to enjoy during your drip. You can kick back, get a massage, listen to the music, and actually relax while you're getting your IV. It feels much more like a high-end wellness spa than a medical appointment.I came in for a drip and felt noticeably better afterward—refreshed, hydrated, energized, and just better overall.The owners were there during my visit as well, and you can tell how much care they put into both the spa and their clients. They were checking in, talking with clients, helping the staff, and making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. That kind of personal attention really stands out.The entire experience was top-notch. Great staff, beautiful facility, relaxing atmosphere, and I walked out feeling fantastic. If you’ve never tried IV hydration before, this is definitely the place to do it. I’ll be back!

My husband was seeking out a place for me to get a B12 shot because I had been sick with some kind of virus for three weeks and felt really bad after taking antibiotics, etc.Went in to get my B12 shot and spoke to the very knowledgeable, nurse and nurse assistant. They encouraged me to have a drip and boy am I glad that I did it. I started to feel so much better before I even left Prime IV .The girls were knowledgeable and the customers that were there were so encouraging about their results. I will definitely be back.

Victoria and Brooke are the BEST! Brooke greeted us with such positive energy and made me feel at home. The check in process is so seamless and they gave great recommendations on drip options. Victoria put in the IV like an absolute professional (I mean she is a professional from being a nurse for over 20 years). She was so kind and quick with putting it in, I was comfortable the whole time. The massage chairs, flavored water, and ambiance are great! I will be coming back to this amazing team.
