We met Todd the owner thru a mutual friend that recommended him and we started working together in July of 2024. We bought a 2000 square foot condo and basically took it down to the studs with Seaboard and then rebuilt it. The management was timely and attentive and addressed all of the issues that arose. I would highly recommend Seaboard for any new construction and renovation projects. They are honest, fair and extremely easy to work with. I would absolute work with them again on any of my future projects

Todd and his team did an excellent job with a restoration/remodel of a bathroom, laundry room, dining area, hallway, and bedroom/walk-in closet after suffering water damage. Todd was able to meet with us the day we called and that same evening emailed us a reasonable & detailed quote for the work we wanted performed. From flooring to plumbing, tile, paint, and trim, all work was performed professionally. Will definitely hire again for future remodels!

Todd and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling our vacation home after a house fire. They went above and beyond what they had to do, did some extras, and all finished by the promised date. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to work with but Seaboard was very patient and helped me along the way. Would definitely hire them again for any future work needed!

We had Seaboard redo our roof. They were quick responding to any calls I made to them. I was very happy with the recommendations that that gave me for the job and happy I did them. Losing our home in a fire was devastating, especially when we were told it would have to be demolished due to extensive smoke damage. We were overwhelmed and did not know where to begin. Todd and his staff from Seaboard Building and Restoration handled everything from start to finish, and were always accommodating. He worked with our insurance company, and adjustor, and got the process started immediately after our fire.
