Huge celebration! Took a cruise for our 20th anniversary and left our kids with our best friends! No meltdowns. No crisis phone calls. No endless texts. And we are home for two days now without a post-trip meltdown (from any of us lol)! We are three years out of bootcamp and I would have never imagined being able to do this. We still have work to do, but this is a great celebration!🎉 thanks Megghan Thompson 🥰 and team for sharing your gifts with the world. You are a blessing to our family!

I wanted to share how much gratitude I have for the whole MTC team. It's been an extremely challenging 4 months. Extra shot out to Autumn Brennan for yesterday's call. My brain had many AH HA moments and got off the call feeling like we've got this, we're doing it, and we're making lasting change for our family. Feeling so grateful and empowered in continuing to be in this moment while also having faith for tomorrow that we can do hard things. As a side note, I come from a long line of HSP women and men, and to be sharing what we learn with them has been SO impactful and healing for them as well. My mom was in tears this morning with so much joy that at 12, Caydence is getting tools, and parents who know how to help. That she tried, but didn't know how, just like her mom didn't know how. Basking in gratitude today..... ❤

We have been working with Megghan and her team for over two years. We had already been using a gentle parenting approach but was finding we needed something more, something was just not clicking right. I had known that I was highly sensitive but had not known my child was until six months after our second. Aggression was in our home from our oldest to our baby and we needed help. Megghan gives you the skills and teaches the value of mindset in her program and puts it’s all together. I particularly loved the mindset shifts that were happening so much so we continued into her mastery program so I could go more in depth into mindset work. In addition to the coaching we also have had the experience of meeting other parents with highly sensitive kids and other highly sensitive parents. It’s been really nice to know I’m not alone as I had felt for many years being highly sensitive myself.

Working with MTC has been absolutely life changing for our family. We have 3 boys, 2 of whom are highly sensitive. Before bootcamp we were experience multiple meltdowns, daily, including 45-60 minutes because screen time was over. Those meltdowns are gone and we are able to focus our energy now on helping our kids continue to grow and thrive vs being in survival mode. We have continued to work with MTC beyond bootcamp to support that journey for our family. It was brought us all closer together, and it's been amazing to see the changes in our kids.

I am beyond grateful for Megghan Thompson Coaching (MTC). We had tried other parenting methods and therapy, and while they helped, they never truly addressed the challenges our son was facing. Then I found MTC, and it immediately spoke to me. The way Megghan described the struggles was spot on—it felt like she was talking about our son. We decided to try the boot camp about 1.5 years ago, and we saw such a difference within the first month. Our son is now thriving! I've learned to be a better mom to him and gained the tools to support him in building the skills he needs to thrive. It felt so lonely before, and now I feel supported and understood by both MTC and all the families that are a part of this community who provide ongoing support for one another. MTC has given me a community and a team that truly gets what we’re going through. I’m so thankful for this journey and the transformation it has brought to our lives. We took Megghan's course 3 1/2 years ago! I can never speak lightly of the transformation we have experienced!! Learning the Highly Sensitive Personality trait is a strength. It is not a weakness nor am I (or my kids) broken in anyway. With the skills and tools taught at MTC I can now show up as the very best Mom for my kids that I can. My children, who are both HSC have been given a chance to understand this about themselves, and are learning the skills to thrive in their lives every day!! We are meltdown free and growing emotionally every day!! There is nothing out there like this program. It is a chance of a life time❤️

When we first heard about MTC Bootcamp, we wondered if this nice lady has a secret camera in our house??? Megghan was so spot on in her advertisement of what we were experiencing that we just jumped in and gave it a shot…. I had no idea what HSP/HSC was and had so much to learn! Boy am I glad we did! Megghan Thompson Coaching and the skills we learned and the hard work we did & put into practice SAVED our family- and I would even be as bold as to say that it saved my daughter’s life. My advice to you is- do it!!!! Joining Bootcamp gave us so much knowledge, skills and support that it was hard not to succeed! It’s 100% worth the time, money, and any sacrifices. I completely and totally encourage you to make the call and jump in to this and see how your lives will be forever changed just like our family!

Our phone call with Megghan was very helpful, to say the least. She listened to, and put into perspective, our concerns/situation. She pointed us in the direction of resources and tools for our situation, which at this time, isn't her full coaching services. During our conversation, it was clear that Megghan is in this "business" to truly help families, first and foremost. We're very glad we scheduled a call.
