I can’t recommend Bayou Boys HVAC enough! My electric bill was outrageously high because of an issue with my AC, and they came out the same day I called. He found the problem right away and diagnosed it perfectly.He went out of his way to help me—not just once, but twice—and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything really well so I could actually understand what was wrong, and he provided proof of the issue so I could see and feel the difference for myself.It’s hard to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Newton came and saved the day!. Our A/C wasn’t getting cold in our home. I called him in the evening and he came and repair our unit that night. One of the most important things about being a business owner is to pick up the phone and Newton did just that, he gave us instructions on what do to until he got there.
