Did ok with the stairs but the balusters popped out of place. Railings are loose. Am disappointed ☹️

I had Santos Inc remodel my bathroom, and I’m beyond impressed! Charles and his team did a beautiful job, and they were so professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend for any bathroom project!

We highly recommend Charles! He is a man of integrity, always kept his word and arrived at 8:00am and departed at 5:00pm. Unlike other contractors he always came (even during a blizzard) when he said he was going to and he finished the project ahead of schedule. He is knowledgeable and his prices are extremely reasonable! We will definitely have Charles do our future projects and we will be recommending him to our friend's and neighbor’s. The best thing about Charles is he is a Christian and could be trusted in our home!

Santos Inc just installed laminate flooring throughout our house, and it looks absolutely stunning! The team was quick, efficient, and cleaned up everything perfectly. Big thanks to Charles for making the whole process so easy!
