Huge shoutout to Ian and the team at Buffalo Property Inspections! I was buying a new construction house in the DFW area while living out of state, so finding an inspector I could really trust was super important. Ian absolutely crushed it. He was incredibly thorough and caught a bunch of things for the builder to fix—everything from grading and drainage details to little cosmetic touch-ups.The report he sent over was incredibly detailed with lots of clear, helpful photos, but it was also very clearly laid out and organized. It was so easy to follow and digest, which made it a total breeze to hand over a clean punch list to the construction team before my final walkthrough. If you're buying a place in the Metroplex, definitely go with Ian and Buffalo!
