Wow! Jordan built this simple yet elegant fountain bowl using Aquascape's urn system. He was incredibly professional in communicating expectations, timeline, and what to expect. One of the unique challenges he faced was installing this water feature inside of a medical commercial building. My staff and clients love the sound of this water and his plant selection. I couldn't recommend him enough :)

We are fairly new to our Short Pump community, and quickly discovered having a koi pond in our backyard came with both perks and headaches. Like everything in life, the fish required periodic maintenance.We feel so fortunate to have found Jordan’s Water Garden Solutions. Jordan arrived as scheduled, focused on the task of removing the koi, pumping out the dirty water, cleaning the sludge from the pond liner, replacing the fish and clean water, and covering the pond with the netting we use as a heron deterrent. He even offered suggestions for plants that would help the pond’s environment.How nice to wake up to a clean pond where we can actually see and enjoy our koi again. Oh, —- and by the way—— his pricing was quite fair(and I’m a frugal gal)Thank you, Jordan. Awesome job!See you again in the Fall.

I am so glad I came across Jordan and his crew for the maintenance of my koi pond. My wife and I bought a house that came with a koi pond and koi fish. The level of care that comes with taking care of koi fish exceeds the do it yourselfer (in my opinion), especially if you want your koi fish to live for a long time. Jordan is reasonably priced, honest, a great communicator, and super nice guy. We look forward to working with him in the years to come!

Firstly, a beautiful website and the photos are true examples of Jordan's stunning work. He came to us on a referral but it turned out that he and I had met at a Water Garden Class at the Ginter Gardens. Our first waterfall and pond (done by another contractor) had problems and we needed Jordan to remake the whole structure. He showed us examples and worked with us to plan what we wanted and he had excellent ideas. Putting in a water feature is an exercise in faith because it's difficult to sketch the vision, but Jordan's descriptions were clear. His work was first rate and fast. He cleaned the area each day and kept us informed about all the next steps so we could tweak the details and make minor adjustments as work progressed. A water feature is a bit of a luxury and his pricing was fair and reasonable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jordan throughout the whole project and we recommend him highly for constructing water features.

He takes your ideas and budget and turns them into something beautiful. Jordan recently refreshed and restructured two waterfalls and a bog area that feed into our backyard pond. The project is almost complete and looks amazing! He worked with us and kept us informed throughout the transformation. He kept the work area tidy, and worked diligently to get the job done.
